Siting along the idyllic neighbourhood of Seletar Hills Estate, the reconstruction project features new volumes built on the existing structures on the 1st and 2nd Storey. The telescopic volumes creates ‘gaps’, bringing in indirect sunlight into the living spaces. The cantilevered spaces not only extend the home closer to the expansive views of the greenery towards the south, but also create protected outdoor spaces between and beneath them, creating pockets of spaces for the family and guests to enjoy.
