1 Stratton Place is located at a unique corner of an odd shaped plot surrounded by greenery towards the East and South. Taking advantage of its proximity to the natural landscape, verdant greens are introduced into the site and forms an extension to the surroundings.

The dramatic effect between the flora and oddity of the existing form has been enhanced through straightening of walls, windows and roofs. The addition of the outdoor kitchen serves as a new space to experience the new architectural intervention of the “Hanging Gardens”.
