The Team

Create Architecture is an award-winning architectural and interior design atelier. We are driven by ideas to Create spaces where the way we live and work is reimagined. The team believes in the invention of the most intelligent form and space for the everyday utility, and in our case, to operate with an aim to uncover limitless boundary of scale and proportion, creative spaces, design and architecture.

The principals of Create Architecture are Registered Architects and have extensive experience ranging from leading large scale corporate developments to intimate boutique design assignments.

XU NAIYAN

DIRECTOR, CO-FOUNDER

Naiyan is a Registered Architect in Singapore and has graduated from the National University of Singapore with the Masters of Architecture and Second Class Honours (Upper). He was awarded with the BCA Built Environment Scholarship in 2010, the Pioneer Architect’s Prize and has since practiced in Singapore, Asean Region and East Asia which granted him a worldwide perspective.

TAN BING HUI

DIRECTOR, CO-FOUNDER

Bing Hui is a Registered Architect in Singapore and a Second-Class Honours (Upper) Masters of Architecture graduate from the National University of Singapore. He was awarded with the BCA Built Environment Scholarship in 2010 which granted him opportunities for interesting dialogues with the built industry.

Create Architecture is formed to serve and meet the client’s needs and requirement: be it from master planning, architectural design, interior design and branding, the design processes that the team adopts are all accustomed to its conditions and context set out, each approach for the  project  are  met  with  passion,  rigor  and  in-depth  exploration  of  the  most  befitting  design approach.
