The Team

Create Architecture is an award-winning architectural and interior design atelier. We are driven by ideas to Create spaces where the way we live and work is reimagined. The team believes in the invention of the most intelligent form and space for the everyday utility, and in our case, to operate with an aim to uncover limitless boundary of scale and proportion, creative spaces, design and architecture.

The principals of Create Architecture are Registered Architects and have extensive experience ranging from leading large scale corporate developments to intimate boutique design assignments.

RauL is an accomplished architectural and construction professional with over 30 years of experience in Singapore’s building industry, specializing in Architectural and Technical Coordination and Authority Submission. Having worked with established firms such as RSP Architects, Ong & Ong and SHimizu Corp. He is recognised for his expertise in Autocad drafting, const documentation and compliance with Singapore Building Regulation. A person commited to learning, dedicated to serving, and grateful for every oppurtunity to Build.

Julia brings her experience in luxury residential and international hospitality design to the Create team, complemented by a strong background in interior design. She is passionate about crafting thoughtful human-scaled spaces, with a keen focus on proportion, detail, materiality, and refined craftsmanship.

He approaches every project through the lens of infinite design possibilities — driven by the belief that great storytelling is the foundation of design excellence.

Amy brings clarity and precision to hospitality, workplace, and residential projects, drawing on a background in both architecture and landscape to shape integrated outcomes. Harnessing her expertise in realistic 3D visualization, she reimagines everyday environments into highly detailed, atmospheric interiors across residential, hospitality, and commercial scales

Marketing & Landscape Designer

Jessica is passionate about creating meaningful, human centred spaces that integrate nature, sustainability, and biodiversity into everyday life. With a background in Landscape Architecture and Bio Environmental Science, she believes design should not only be visually compelling, but also strengthen the relationship between people and the environment through thoughtful, detail oriented solutions.

XU NAIYAN

DIRECTOR, CO-FOUNDER

Naiyan is a Registered Architect in Singapore and has graduated from the National University of Singapore with the Masters of Architecture and Second Class Honours (Upper). He was awarded with the BCA Built Environment Scholarship in 2010, the Pioneer Architect’s Prize and has since practiced in Singapore, Asean Region and East Asia which granted him a worldwide perspective.

TAN BING HUI

DIRECTOR, CO-FOUNDER

Bing Hui is a Registered Architect in Singapore and a Second-Class Honours (Upper) Masters of Architecture graduate from the National University of Singapore. He was awarded with the BCA Built Environment Scholarship in 2010 which granted him opportunities for interesting dialogues with the built industry.
